At Aemilia’s Handcraft, every product is handmade with care. We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully.

Returns

Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Products bought during sale or clearance
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products without original packaging or tags

Return / Exchange Process

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details
  • Share clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product
  • Once approved, we will guide you through the return or exchange process

Refunds

If a return is approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving the product.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable. In case of approved return due to our error, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Color & Design Disclaimer

As our products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, design, and finish are natural and not considered defects. Screen color differences may also occur.
