Order Processing Time

All our products are handmade with love and care. Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after order confirmation.

Customized or made-to-order items may take additional time, which will be communicated to you during order confirmation.

Shipping Locations

We ship across India & Abroad. International shipping is also available.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
• Occasional free shipping offers may be available during promotions.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Within India: 4–8 business days after dispatch
• International: 14–18 business days after dispatch
• Remote areas: May take slightly longer

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to monitor the delivery status of your package.

Packaging

All products are securely packed to avoid damage during transit. We use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible.

Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
